Every person has a story, and no two stories are the same. I believe effective therapy and assessment begin with understanding the whole personnot just the symptoms. My role is to help people make sense of their experiences, identify the factors that may be contributing to their current difficulties, and work collaboratively towards meaningful change.
I am a Clinical Psychologist working with adults experiencing a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, ADHD-related difficulties and life transitions. My approach is formulation-driven and tailored to each individual, drawing on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
Alongside therapy, I have a particular interest in adult ADHD and comprehensive psychological assessment.
