Michaela has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, and agoraphobia through both in-person and telehealth sessions. She aims to help clients feel heard and understood, while also taking a practical, evidence-based approach to addressing anxiety, rebuilding confidence, and engaging more fully in everyday life.
Michaela also supports individuals experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, stress, adjustment to difficult life changes, and challenges related to early life experiences or interpersonal relationships. She has experience across community, educational and private practice settings.
Michaela integrates evidence-based approaches tailored to each person's needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
