Medicare Psychologist Provider

Non-directive Pregnancy Support Psychologist

Telehealth available

Savleen is a Clinical Psychologist whose work focuses on helping adults understand and heal the lasting impact of childhood trauma, emotional neglect, emotionally immature parenting, narcissistic family dynamics, and other emotionally unhealthy family environments. She has extensive experience supporting adults experiencing shame, perfectionism, people pleasing, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, and complex trauma rooted in early relational experiences.

Savleen integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Schema Therapy within a trauma-informed and attachment-based framework, helping clients understand the patterns shaped by their past so they no longer define how they relate to themselves, others, and the world. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, providing a safe and respectful space where clients can develop deeper self-understanding, emotional healing, and healthier relationships.
