Emma is passionate about helping people navigate life with greater self awareness, resilience, and confidence. She believes that when we approach our inner world with courage and the right support, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible. Emma offers a warm, grounded space where people can safely explore difficult emotions and reconnect with what matters most.

She takes a collaborative, holistic approach tailored to each individual. Her work draws on evidence based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness based approaches, and motivational interviewing. Emma supports adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self esteem difficulties, trauma, grief, workplace stress, and relationship challenges. She provides individual adult therapy only.
