I am a Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor with extensive clinical experience, supporting adults across key life transitions. I work primarily with women navigating midlife change, identity shifts, burnout, emotional fatigue, and adjustment related to health, relationships, grief, and trauma.
My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-informed, and grounded in attachment theory, drawing on EMDR, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. I integrate contemporary neuroscience, lifestyle science, and nervous-system regulation to support sustainable psychological change.
I offer individual therapy, professional supervision, and community presentations. I currently only work with adults.
