Ashlea is a registered psychologist and EMDR therapist with extensive experience across the non-government and private sectors. She works with adolescents and adults presenting with a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, and relationship challenges.

Her approach is client-centred, grounded in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming practices. Ashlea integrates a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Gottman Methods.

She recognises that therapy can be a vulnerable experience and is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment. Her goal is to create a comfortable and collaborative space where clients feel empowered to work towards their goals.
