I provide supportive, client-centred Telehealth sessions for people seeking psychological support and wellbeing. As someone with experience living and working across different cultures (including Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia), I value culturally responsive and inclusive practice. In addition to English, I also provide therapy in Cantonese and Mandarin.
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I value creating a safe and non-judgemental space where people feel heard, understood and supported. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT and psychodynamic psychotherapy, and believe in tailoring interventions to the individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.
