I work with adults and young adults who are experiencing a range of mental health difficulties as well as more broadly defined life and relationship challenges.
In my work I have found that people are often exploring how to heal, how to hold overwhelming experience, how to navigate complexity in relationship, how to come through psychological pain and distress.
Each person has their own reasons for seeking therapy and their own sense of what they would like the process to provide.
