Neil is a clinical psychologist who fosters a warm, inclusive environment where clients feel safe, supported, and understood - guided by compassion, empathy, and a touch of humour. His approach is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing on evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and motivational interviewing to tailor treatment to each client�s goals. Neil has worked across diverse settings including community mental health, university counselling, alcohol and substance-use services, and anxiety group programs. Before completing his PhD in Clinical Psychology, he spent nearly two decades in corporate marketing and business development. His clinical interests include anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ wellbeing, substance-use concerns, and executive burnout.
