Michelle is a generally registered psychologist who sees children, adolescents and adults and has experience with both assessment and therapy. She utilises a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness practices and schema therapy and has a holistic approach to therapy. Michelle has a caring and positive approach to therapy and enjoys supporting clients in managing their social and emotional well-being and providing therapy to meet their individual needs. She has a particular interest in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma and adjustment difficulties, and working with adolescents and young adults.
Before working as a psychologist Michelle worked as a Secondary School Teacher which assists her understanding of school-based issues and the challenges faced by adolescents.
