Hara Syros is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years experience in providing sensitive counselling and support to adults, adolescents and older adults. She takes a holistic approach in counselling and offers a range of therapeutic interventions that are designed to meet the specific needs of each individual. Hara's aim is to assist individuals to gain a greater awareness of their problems and learn strategies in order to manage their concerns and make meaningful life changes to live a happier and more optimistic life.

Hara�s special interest and expertise extends to assisting individuals to deal with High Conflict Personalities (HCPs). HCPs tend to be individuals who are �abusive, argumentative, controlling, intimidating and, or blaming� towards others. Her special interests also extend to assisting individuals who have experienced family, domestic violence and trauma.
