He works with anxiety and mood disorders, stress, panic attacks, phobias, OCD, and low self-esteem.

James holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology. His research examined factors that influence the effectiveness of exposure therapy for anxiety, underscoring his commitment to individualised, evidence-based care.
