Telehealth available

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience in private practice, providing individual psychotherapy to adults in person and via telehealth. I work with anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, perfectionism and self-criticism, trauma and difficult past experiences, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, and grief and loss. I have a particular interest in recurring patterns of anxiety, self-criticism and feeling "not good enough", and how these can affect our relationships, choices and sense of self. I also have considerable experience with eating concerns, including binge eating, emotional overeating, cycles of dieting and overeating, and body image. My approach is relational and experiential, with particular importance placed on the therapeutic relationship and understanding patterns that keep people feeling stuck. I often use experiential methods including imagery and chairwork.
