I believe that in a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental space, people can uncover their strengths and truly thrive. My approach is warm, collaborative, and family-centred, working across the lifespan so every young person, adult, and parent feels heard, respected, and supported as they navigate the complexities of raising and growing a family.

With dual endorsement as an Educational and Developmental Psychologist and a Clinical Psychologist, I provide evidence-based psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments for ages 6+, translating findings into clear, practical recommendations for home and school. I also offer tailored therapeutic counselling for ages 10+, helping clients build confidence, gain insight, and achieve lasting change.

I'm also a Board-approved supervisor, bringing the same collaborative, encouraging ethos to mentoring registrar psychologists and supporting neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based practice in our profession.
