I am a clinical psychologist who works primarily with issues of mood, anxiety, self-worth, attachment, emotion regulation and existential concerns. I also work with more intangible inner experiences of exhaustion, disconnection, discontent and distress.
Whilst I do not conduct assessments for ADHD and autism, I have a keen interest in working with neurodivergent brains. I am an eclectic therapist and work in a way tailored to your unique being and brain, and the dynamic between us.
My room is an open and non-judgmental space where I will spend time truly understanding your experience and the mechanics of problematic patterns. And we will work together to cultivate shared insight and self-compassion, and to help you develop the psychological tools to facilitate meaningful change and growth.
Drawn to psychology after my own struggles, I am a long-term meditator and have a range of life experiences and interests across diverse fields such as commerce, performance art and aid work.
