I am a Psychologist experienced in working with adolescents and adults in a range of clinical and community settings. I draw on evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and mindfulness based techniques.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, adjustment issues, and identity related challenges.
