I am an Organisational Psychologist and Executive Coach. I work with leaders to build confidence and authenticity. I assist leaders to be adaptive in their leadership and to lead aligned to their values.

I draw on proven, evidence-based research and practice, to improve leadership skills, performance and wellbeing. I help individuals to increase mental flexibility, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence.

I work with Executives and senior leaders from a variety of fields including utilities, banking and finance, health, legal, and government.

I coach in person and online. I work with individuals who are currently in leadership positions of senior leader or higher.
