I am the Principal Psychologist and Director of Yarra City Psychology. At YCP our psychologists and neuropsychologists understand that a strong therapeutic relationship is the basis of the best therapies and assessments.
My therapy approach is flexible and collaborative. Drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies, I tailor my approach to suit your unique needs and goals. I have broad experience working with adults across a range of mental health concerns. My strengths as a therapist include finding paths forward in complex situations and offering hope when clients feel stuck. I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent people, including Autistic individuals, ADHDers, and those with neurological conditions or acquired brain injuries.
As a board-approved supervisor I aim to support psychologists to bring a compassionate and non-stigmatising approach to their work.
At YCP, I strive to lead a neurodiversity and disability affirming team who are LGBTQIA+ welcoming.
