I am a registered psychologist who supports adults working through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and the often-complex emotional landscape of parenthood. I also have a strong interest in neurodivergence, perinatal mental health, and long-standing patterns that continue to shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. I primarily draw on Schema Therapy within a medium- to long-term psychodynamic framework, and weave in EMDR and other trauma-informed modalities when helpful. I value working in a way that feels steady, attuned, and deeply respectful of each persons lived experience.
I aim to offer a space where you feel safe enough to be curious, explore your story, and make sense of the patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we work towards greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and more meaningful, authentic ways of moving through the world.
