Hi, I'm Ashley. I enjoy working with adolescents, young people, and adults to help them find their direction and improve their quality of life. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transition challenges, and difficulties with emotion regulation.
I have a particular interest in working with people who struggle with perfectionism, high self-expectations, and a strong inner critic. I help clients move from feeling stuck in reactive patterns toward making more intentional, values-guided choices.
I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, tailored to best suit each person's individual needs. These include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy. Above all, I strive to create a collaborative, warm and authentic environment where the client feels supported and free from judgment.
