She works with adults in areas including depression, anxiety (general, social, and panic attacks), stress (e.g. related to work, study, navigating changes in life), OCD, perfectionism, worry and rumination, low self-esteem/self-worth, and attachment/family of origin impacts.

Kerry draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
