I am a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), and a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with the Australian & New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED). With over 12 years of experience as a psychologist across both inpatient and outpatient settings, I have worked alongside adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of eating disorders and mental health difficulties.
At Whole Form Psychology, I work with individuals from 14 years + (and their families when relevant), who are experiencing eating difficulties and disorders, including co-occurring mood and anxiety difficulties, and body image and self-esteem concerns.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, person-centred, and evidence-based. I practice from a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework and adopt a non-diet, weight-inclusive philosophy that deeply respects each persons lived experience.
