Jim's therapy approach includes: Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (learning to use your emotions effectively, and examining how our working relationship can be used to help you to grow). He also uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) (teaching skills to help you to change your life).
