I take a friendly, curious, and relaxed approach to treatment. I help patients process unconscious conflicts and emotions, and early-life trauma while identifying patterns of thought and behaviour that contribute to their ongoing psychological suffering. I have a special interest in assisting patients with anxiety, depression, and relationships.
My diverse background includes careers in engineering, music, teaching, writing, and research, all of which enrich my therapeutic approach.
I have a Master of Clinical Psychology and I'm completing my PhD, focusing on anxiety and substance use. My clinical training spans Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy, and Group Therapy, and also in Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
