Britt is a registered psychologist with over six years of experience supporting children, adolescents and adults. Britt takes a neuroaffirming, developmental and trauma-informed approach to therapy, recognising that every individual brings their own strengths, experiences and ways of engaging with the world. She has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, emotional regulation, executive functioning, anxiety, self-esteem and behavioural challenges.

Britt is passionate about creating a therapeutic environment where people feel understood, respected and supported to achieve their goals. She values genuine connection and believes that positive outcomes are often built through small, consistent steps that recognise each person's unique strengths and circumstances.

Outside of work, Britt enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dogs, reading, gaming and exploring creative hobbies. Over the next year, Britt is continuing her certification in DIR/Floortime.
