I provide evidence-based psychological therapy for adolescents (13 years and over), adults, and older adults in a warm, collaborative and respectful environment. My approach is person-centred and neuroaffirming.
I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. I also have a particular interest in working with autistic and ADHD individuals, providing neuroaffirming assessment and therapeutic support.
Before becoming a psychologist, I spent more than 20 years working in emergency services. This experience has given me an appreciation of the unique challenges that can accompany high-pressure roles and has shaped my compassionate, practical approach to supporting people from all walks of life.
