I�m a psychologist who�s long been curious about how people manage life�s challenges, what makes problems feel overwhelming, and what helps people move forward.
Throughout my life I have seen the same themes appear such as stress, self-doubt, relationship strain, burnout, and the experience of feeling stuck.
Our work in therapy together is practical and evidence-based, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the principles of Positive Psychology.
Outside of therapy I�ve coached executives, lead teams, taught performance psychology and business strategy and coached my son as he competed in Paralympic sport.
