Daniel Chamravi is a Registered Clinical Psychologist (BPsychSci, GDipPsych, MClinPsych, MAPS, MACPA) who works with adults and older adults. Engaging in partnership with the client, Daniel fosters collaborative and holistic care, developing goals and strategies to help clients better manage their challenges and lead a more fulfilling life. Daniel works with individuals in managing depression, anxiety and panic attacks, trauma, grief and loss, low self-esteem, identity and life direction, stress & burnout, adjusting to life�s changes, workplaces challenges and relationship & family issues. Daniel�s practice encompasses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), in addition to Humanistic Psychology and Positive Psychology frameworks.
