Currently welcoming new clients in Hawhtorn!

Caitlynn is a psychologist supporting young adults and older adolescents (16+) to navigate anxiety, adjustment difficulties, relationship concerns, self-worth challenges, perfectionism, self-criticism, burnout, and stress.

Her practice is trauma-informed, inclusive, and neurodivergent-affirming. She creates a calm, welcoming space where clients don't have to perform, over-explain, or hold everything together. In this space, clients can learn to make sense of their emotional world and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

Caitlynn uses an integrative approach, drawing from Schema Therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, and Attachment Theory, to support clients in understanding patterns, regulating emotions, and reconnecting with their values to build a life they want and deserve.
