Telehealth available

Caitlynn is a psychologist currently welcoming new clients.

She supports young adults, university students, and professionals experiencing anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, adjustment difficulties, low self-worth, and relationship challenges.

Caitlynn particularly works with clients who are high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, self-critical, or stuck.

Her practice is trauma-informed, inclusive, and neurodivergent-affirming. She offers a supportive space where clients do not have to perform or hold everything together. In this space, clients can begin to make sense of their emotional world and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

Caitlynn uses an integrative approach drawing from Schema Therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, and Attachment Theory to support clients in understanding patterns, regulating emotions, and reconnecting with their values.
