Jonathon is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in a range of community services and mental health settings and has experience providing assessment and psychological therapy to children, young people and adults.

Jonathon draws techniques from cognitive and behavioural therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help people to overcome barriers and build the life that they want to live. He has assisted children, teenagers and adults with a range of difficulties, including stress, anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma and PTSD.

Jonathan is compassionate towards those facing medical difficulties. He has an interest in helping people with distress associated with pain, neurological problems, functional neurological disorder (FND), other health difficulties and medical trauma. He has a warm and empathic approach and is dedicated to high-quality service.

Jonathon works Monday to Thursday, in person and over telehealth.
