Sabina is a warm and compassionate Psychologist who provides evidence-based, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming therapy for adults, adolescents, and children. She works collaboratively with clients to support them in exploring challenges and working toward meaningful change. Sabina completed a Masters in Clinical Psychology and has experience across public, community, and private mental health settings. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood difficulties, stress and burnout, perfectionism, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, trauma, and neurodivergence-related experiences, including ADHD and Autism. Sabina tailors her approach to each client, helping them develop insight into emotional and behavioural patterns while building practical skills to strengthen emotional regulation, develop adaptive coping strategies, and foster healthier patterns in daily life and relationships.
