I am a clinical psychologist providing telehealth psychological therapy and neurodiversity assessments to clients aged 17 and older. I have experience working across public and private settings, having worked extensively with neurodivergent individuals and people experiencing chronic health concerns. I have a strong neuro-affirming focus, and I use a warm, friendly, empathic (and, at times, humorous!) approach in my therapy work and assessments. My goal is to help neurodivergent people to better understand themselves and to improve their life experience. My approaches are trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and welcoming of all identities, disabilities, and cultural backgrounds.
I also have experience in a range of other developmental, psychological, and mental health conditions. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy skills.
