I have been registered as a psychologist for 26 years with an interest and expertise in the assessment and treatment of a variety of problems including depression, anxiety, trauma and childhood trauma, relationship issues, stress management, anger management, grief and loss, adjustment issues, chronic pain, personality issues. I currently work in private practice. I have worked previously in pain management in a hospital-based centre and in research, in community mental health and in in-patient hospital settings for acute mental health and eating disorders. Therapeutic approaches I use are CBT, Schema Therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, and ACT and DBT-informed therapies. I have PBA practice endorsement in clinical psychology and AHPRA- approved clinical supervisor status.
