Erin Kelly is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years� experience, in private practice and research settings. Erin has an extensive research background, which she utilises in her clinical work. She is committed to providing evidence-based treatment, integrating cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, and compassion focused therapy in her approach with clients.
Erin's clinical experience spans a wide range of psychological disorders, with particular interests in anxiety disorders, stress and burnout, self-compassion, and midlife women's mental health.
Erin works with adults across the lifespan, and has a particular interest in supporting women�s mental health during midlife, encompassing issues related to peri/menopause, increased pressures and responsibilities, late diagnosed ADHD, and changes in career, relationships, and identity.
