Monique holds a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology and is a registered organisational psychologist with AHPRA. She has extensive experience in the consulting space, and her primary expertise lies in psychological assessment and as a published contributor to the field, she also specialises in the design and evaluation of assessments for recruitment, diagnostic and certification purposes. Her work emphasises rigorous, evidence-based practice to ensure fairness, validity and defensibility in decision-making. Monique holds accreditations in a broad suite of psychometric instruments and is affiliated, inter alia, with the International Association for Computerized Adaptive Testing (IACAT), the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Organisational Psychologists.
