I am a Clinical Psychologist and owner of New Order Psychology. My approach recognises that psychological difficulties emerge from the interaction of personality, relationships, formative experiences, coping strategies, and how we understand ourselves and the world. My work therefore focuses on understanding how difficulties developed, what maintains them, and what meaningful change requires.
I integrate contemporary evidence-based treatments with the explanatory frameworks of depth psychology. My areas of particular interest include complex trauma, PTSD, personality, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, and couples therapy.
I am also an Australian Defence Force veteran and published veteran mental health researcher. My clinical, research, and experience informs a particular focus on veterans, first responders, and high-risk occupations.
I am trained in:
 Schema Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
 CBT
 DBT
 Psychological assessment and diagnosis
