Compassion-focused therapy principles underly Lucindas approach.
She is particularly interested in the role of high sensitivity and neurodivergence in psychology and health.
Lucinda sees adults with anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, interpersonal issues, chronic health issues (e.g. pain, fatigue, long covid, burnout), high sensitivity traits, neurodivergence (e.g. ADHD, Autism) and more.
She takes an integrative therapeutic approach, primarily using Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and neurodiversity-affirming practice, whilst also being influenced by Schema Therapy, Family Systems, Positive Psychology and more.
Whilst Lucinda does not do ADHD or Autism testing/assessment reports, she enjoys helping people who are already diagnosed or think they may have traits.
