I am warm yet direct in my approach with clients. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can explore past and present experiences and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we are likely to notice and address patterns that may be holding you back from living the life you want.
It is important to me that you feel heard and understood, therefore I listen deeply. At the same time, I share practical tools and strategies to empower you to manage stress, anxiety or low mood between sessions and beyond therapy. I see and respect each client as an individual with their own therapy goals.
