Greg Barker is a compassionate and genuine Clinical Psychologist with more than 20 years of clinical experience across public hospital, community mental health, and forensic settings, and has been employed as a Senior Clinical Psychologist within NSW Health.
Greg provides psychological therapy general and complex mental health problems. He works with clients experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, psychoses, complicated grief, trauma and complex-PTSD, gambling and impulsive behaviours, relationship difficulties, and personality disorders. He also provides therapy to neurodivergent adults.
Greg's clinical approach draws from a number of modalities and evidence based therapies, especially Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), with a strong focus on understanding each person's unique characteristics and life experiences.
