Catherine is a Clinical Psychologist who works with young people and adults, with experience across private practice and public health settings. She has experience working with clients presenting with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, adjustment difficulties, emotional dysregulation, trauma and addiction. She uses a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her approach is person centred, warm and collaborative, ensuring therapy is focused and adapted to client's unique goals and experiences.
