Mary offers evidence-based therapy for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, perfectionism, stress, medical treatment side effects, life transitions, parenting challenges, identity and existential questions.
Mary aims for a collaborative and constructive process, tailored to each person's goals. Models may include Relational Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Conquerfear, Schema-Focussed Therapy and Compassion-Focussed Therapy.
Mary has a Masters in Psychology(Clinical) from University of Western Australia. She is a Board-Approved Supervisor.
