Medicare Psychologist Provider

Telehealth available

I have over 10 years experience in mental health, crisis, and community roles, and 4 years as a Provisional and General Psychologist. I work with adults and teens from all walks of life (including LGBTIQ+, culturally diverse, and neurodivergent communities), supporting anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma (including PTSD), ADHD, BPD, and other diagnoses-especially those feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and client-focused. Using DBT, CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy, well build skills to regulate emotions, reduce distress, and navigate daily challenges. Flexible face-to-face and telehealth sessions are available, with reduced-rate options. Youre welcome to start therapy at your own pace, in a safe, supportive space. We focus on practical strategies for everyday life, building resilience, confidence, and clarity. Therapy is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your goals and needs.
