I have over 10 years� experience in mental health, crisis, and community roles, and 4� years as a Provisional and General Psychologist. I work with adults and teens from all walks of life (including LGBTIQ+, culturally diverse, and neurodivergent communities), supporting anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma (including PTSD), ADHD, BPD, and other diagnoses-especially those feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
