Lee is a General Psychologist and Sport and Exercise Psychology Registrar with experience working in school, clinical, and sport performance settings. He works with clients across the lifespan and aims to create a safe, calm, and supportive environment where clients feel genuinely cared for and free from judgement. Lee takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach, helping clients build practical skills to navigate challenges, strengthen confidence, and support ongoing personal growth.
In the performance context, Lee works with athletes in both individual and team sports across a range of ages and skill levels. He is passionate about helping athletes to strengthen mindset, improve confidence, manage pressure, and develop habits that support consistent, high-level performance.
Lee also has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and ASD, helping them navigate challenges and perform at their best in demanding environments.
