Tracey Turnbull is a Clinical Psychologist with 25 years of clinical experience. Tracey utilises a range of evidence-based interventions, including ACT, Grief Therapy, CBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. Tracey works with clients who present with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, chronic pain, chronic illness (including cancer), neurodiversity (including ADHD) and gender diversity. Tracey also enjoys supporting mental health during the mid-life hormonal transitions of peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Tracey has a holistic, strengths-based approach and is passionate about assisting people to find meaning and purpose throughout all stages of their lives.
