I'm Micaela, a registered psychologist since 2012 and the founder of Inner West Mental Health | North Side Mental Health.

Trauma is the centre of my work. Single events, and the complex, layered kind that builds over years and quietly shapes how safe the world feels. I work with adults and teens, and I bring that trauma-informed depth to everything else I see: ADHD, autism, anxiety, and the many women navigating a late diagnosis, perimenopause, or the season of life where everyone else's needs come first.

Sessions are online. Telehealth across NSW, ACT and Victoria. No commute, no waiting room. We work with the brain and the life you actually have.

Medicare rebates are available with a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, and I offer a free introductory phone call so you can check we're the right fit.
