Natasha is a Clinical Psychologist who completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at Macquarie University after gaining a Bachelor of Science (Honours) at the University of Sydney. Natasha works with adults and older adolescents, focusing on the treatment of anxiety disorders (e.g., generalised anxiety, health anxiety, OCD), trauma-related disorders, eating disorders, perfectionism, mood, as well as supporting neurodivergent individuals. She has experience working with those diagnosed with functional neurological disorder (FND). She also has clinical and research experience working with individuals and families in navigating a cancer diagnosis.
Natasha values a compassionate and collaborative approach with her clients. She draws upon evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, dependent on what seems like the best fit for the individual.
