Tim is an experienced registered Psychologist and Supervisor who works with people navigating life transitions and the complications that come with it. He can also help you explore your identity and life direction (personal growth). Tim has a special interest in helping people manage anxiety (general and social), criticism from self and others, people pleasing, perfectionism, burnout, ideas around self-worth, and improving self confidence. Tim can also help you identify what you want in relationships with others and yourself.
Tim takes a gentle and warm approach, using humour when appropriate, and has a conversational style of therapy. He enjoys working with people who want to explore why they are experiencing issues and how they can live a more fulfilled life.
