Amy is a clinical psychologist who works with young adults aged 18-35 for a variety of difficulties, particularly anxiety, OCD, low mood, low self-esteem, relationship issues, ADHD, autism, and existential issues.

Amy's main focus is providing a relaxed space where people can feel comfortable, accepted, and safe to share things that can be hard to speak about elsewhere. She aims to help people achieve a greater understanding of themselves and their patterns, develop new ways of coping with their thoughts or emotions, and start taking steps toward the life that they want. This often involves a combination of deep, exploratory work and developing practical strategies or tools.

She uses evidence-based treatments, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She enjoys working with people from a variety of cultural and religious backgrounds, and tailors each person's treatment to suit their individual needs and preferences.
