I am a registered psychologist experienced in working with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and stress-related disorders, impulse control and behavioural regulation issues, problematic substance use and addictive behaviours, issues related to intimacy and sexuality, as well as providing general mental health support.
I provide a compassionate, neurodiversity affirming, non-judgemental environment where one can actively explore their current challenges. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy and is tailored to the needs of each client.
I do not provide assessments.
