Rebecca Richardson is a Registered Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor who supports children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. As Principal Psychologist at Perception Psychology, she provides a warm, practical, and collaborative approach tailored to each client�s needs.
Rebecca has a special interest in trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, Autism, and personality-related difficulties. She also conducts psychological assessments and prepares reports for NDIS, DSP, medico-legal, and educational purposes.
Her work draws on CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Using a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, Rebecca helps people understand challenges and develop practical strategies for meaningful change.
Rebecca also provides supervision to provisional and registered psychologists, supporting ethical, reflective, and effective clinical practice.
